Diane Acevedo has been nationally certified since 1999 and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

She founded Synergy Body Therapy in 1999 after graduating from Trinity College in San Francisco. Her 700 hours of initial training at Trinity included Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, and Shiatsu along with courses in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.

Since graduation, Diane has expanded her knowledge with continuing education courses in Lymph Drainage Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage, Hospice Care, Aromatherapy and Electro-Therapy.

Having worked in health clubs, massage clinics and day spas, she now practices out of her own studio at Synergy BodyCare, specializing in massage and bodycare for women. There she works closely with the staff of estheticians and receives referrals from area cosmetic surgeons and nursing staff.
